ABDUL WAHAB SIDDIQUI(R.A)

Majar Sharif of Pir Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A)

Md Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) was a religious Sunni Muslim and a Sufi Master. He was also a "Naqshbandi-Sufi Master" of the "Hijazi Branch", which was originated from "Sheikhpura"(Pakistan). In the year 1972 Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) came to Britain and in 1982 he established the "Islamic Study Center".
Early Life Of Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A):
In the year 1942 Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) was born in Sheikhpura(the historical city) of Pakistan. He was the 3rd among five son & seven sisters of Mohammad Umar Icharvi(one of the leading religious scholars of Pakistan of the time), who received the title "Munazar-e-Azam"(the gretest debater) due to his success to defeating-the head of rival "Islamic Sects". He became the mastered in recitation of the "Holy Koran" at the age of 3 years and was doing excellent in his Islamic Education as well as Modern Science. His first teacher was "Maulana Hafiz Abdul Majeed" from whome he studied the art of recitation of the "Holy Koran" and finished the entire Koran only at the age of four years.
Mohammad Umar Ichrivi(R.A) was the illustrious father of Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) who provide him the primary education. And taught him that "Knowledge should always be coupled with action". When Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) was 6 years old, he joins his father for the journey of Sindh(Pakistan), that meant he have to spent few months outside from home. So why his mother arranged few dozen of quality garments for his journey. When his father knew about the expensive clothing, he asked his son to bring those garments and put all the garments on fire and buy some suits which made from normal cotton fabrics for his son. Hazrat Munazir-e-azam told to Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) that
 "If you want to become a scholar(Alim) with piety(Amal) than you have to forgo the distraction of the material world and learn the 'humility' & 'humbleness'  which is need for the study of "Allah's" way. When you have gain knowledge and skilled yourself, within the limit of this knowledge this will allow you to stay unaffected by the 'materialism' of the world. Then you can involve yourself in the world knowing that 'materialism' will never take you-away from the real mission in your life".
Although Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) was the third son, his father made him head of the branch of "Naqshbandi Sufi Order". He was also founded or co-founder of several important "Islamic Institutions" in United Kingdom as well as established the "Hijazi Sufi Order".

(i) "Hijazi Naqshbandi Sufi Order" was founded by Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) and he passed on the position to Shaykh Faiz-ul-Aqtab Siddiqui(his eldest son) before his death.

(ii) Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) was one of the "Founding Members" of the "Muslim Parliament" & he helped to draft the "Muslim-Manifesto".At the time of death he was the Vice-Chairmanof"MuslimParliament"

(iii) Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) was the founder of "Hijaz College" in Nuneaton. He was envisioned about the College that it would be the 1st among educational institution which revive as a model of "Islamic Education" where from the student learnt the traditional Islamic subjects as well as modern physical science, social science, mathematics, philosophy, and also traditional spirituality(sufism).

(iv) International Muslim Organisation was founded by Abdul Wahab Siddiqui(R.A) which is a political body to unite different countries Muslims for highest Islamic values, forming Islamic centres, civilisation, opening schools, forming research centres and constructing Mosque. There was also has branches in different countries like Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Australia, Trinidad and Sri Lanka.
