MIRACLES(MOJIZAH) OF HAZRAT NIZAMUDDIN AULIYA(R.A)

Miracles(Mojizah) are one of the major part of Sufi Saints in the life of the people. We noticed several Miracles by Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A) in the past, we highlight few of them.

(1) TUBERCULOSIS CURED:

Hazrat Maulana Wajihuddin was suffering from tuberculosis for long time. He was one of the disciple(mureed) of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A). When Hazrat Maulana Wajihuddin lost all his hope,at that time some of his friends recommend him to change his climate and stay some time in Hazrat Nizamuddin's Khanqah. Therefore Maulana went to the Khanqua at the time of Iftaar(breaking time of the day's fast). He saw a disciple brought some tasty sweets made of herb for the Saint. Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A) offer Hazrat Maulana Wajihuddin to join him and eat the sweet. Although the sweet which made by such herb which was very harmful to tuberculosis patient, Maulana eat the sweets. By the grace of God, those sweets cured the Maulana complitely and he never suffered again rest of his life.

(2) THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE FEED BY LITTLE FOOD:

Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A) one day arranged a special gathering(mahfil) for his disciples(mureeds). After starting the Mahfil there was thousands of people gather simultaneously. But food was prepared for only 50 to 60 person for the program. And yet it was the system that without His food and hospitality nobody go away from His Khanqah who came at once. Therefore, Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A) asked one of His attendants to arrange sitting of 10 person at a time after washing there hands before meal. He again ordered His attendants to make four pieces of each chapatti and gave one part of it to each person after saying "Bismillah Sharif"(In the name of God, the most merciful and compassionate. The attendants follows Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A) word accordingly and saw that by the grace of God, all the people who were attending the Mahfil ate with full satisfaction with the available food. The food still remained after all the people left the Khanqah after having there food.

(3) FORECAST OF PROSPERITY:

There was a young prince name Feroze Shah-bin-Salaar who at once visit to Ghyaspur to pay homage to the  Saint Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A). In the conversation between the prince and the Saint, the young prince replied himself Kamaluddin. Upon which Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A) expressed his name as "Umar ba kamal, daulat ba kamal, naimat ba kamal"(long life, plenty of wealth and power, plenty of prosperity). Later in the life time of the prince all the three prediction by the great Saint came to pass without any fail. The prince lived his life up to 90years, as the Indian history witnessed his sovereignty stretch out over the new provinces of Gujrat & Sindh,meanwhile his control over the people proved to be most rich and successful.

(4) RECOVERY OF THE LOST FIR MAN:

Once the "Royal Fir man" of the empire was completely ruined in an accidental fire in the house of a empire of Sarsawah(U.P). Then he came to Delhi to get back another Fir man with extreme hard situation but unfortunetly he also lost this instead of his efforts while returning home. He was very disappointed and went to Hazrat Nizamuggin Auliya(R.A) and desperately asked him for help to regain his Farmati. The Saint advised him, if he offer 'Niyaz'(Fateha) in the name of Hazrat Baba Fariduddin, might the God grace the problem will be solved. He was agreed and went to sweet shop to buy some sweets for 'Niyaz'(Fateha). The sweet seller gave him the sweets and a paper to cover the sweets. He wrap the sweets and take away, but when he unwrap the sweets in front of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A), he saw this paper itself was the lost Fir man. The paper for which he was so worried and very upset at last he get back. He went away in very joyful mood after kissing the feet of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A).

(5) BEGGAR GETS KINGDOM:

Sultan Alauddin Hasan Bahman was the founder of 'Bahmani Kingdom' in South India in 1347 A.D, according to Mohammed Qasim Farishta(famous historian). Sultan in the early year of his life was a poor person and he was in the service of a Brahman in Delhi. Once Sultan as a beggar standing in the front of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A) Khanqah. At that time some people including Prince Mohammad Tughlag, walking out from the Khanqah after finishing there food. While having an audience with the Saint, suddenly Hazrat Nizamudin Auliya(R.A) commant:
                                                             "yak shah raft wa deegrey bur astana niojood"
                                                             (one king has left, another king is again at the door).
People who present there could not understand the comment by Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A). Then He asked one of His attendants to present the beggar in front of Him. When Sultan came in there was nothing to offer, all the food had finished except one chapatti which was kept for the Saint's Iftaar. Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A) put the chapatti on  one of His finger like a umbrella and explain that "this is a royal umbrella which, after much time and striving, in destined for you". After this prediction, the luck of the beggar began to change and he became the King of 'Bahmani kingdom' as Sultan Alauddin Hasan Bahman. He was ordered to give away 5 mound's of gold & 10 mound's of silver amongst the poor at His crown ceremony. His khalifa Hazrat BarhamuddinGharib was distributed the wealth to the poor in the name of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya(R.A).
